How can I print a certificate for my hospital?

Acapedia gives you two ways to print out proof of course and/or activity completion.  The first is your PDF transcript.  Click transcript on the left hand menu and download the PDF.  The transcript shows a log of all activity completions for the year and contains all the information needed for CME reporting purposes.

However, sometimes hospitals want to see information for a specific course in a "certificate" format.  In this case, instead of downloading the PDF, view the details of the specific activity that you need to report to your hospital:

Once you click on details, you will have a printer-friendly version of the certificate of completion for a single course or activity.  This can be printed and given to a hospital administrator as proof of completion.
